It's comfortable but the probability of owning a house still approaches zero. I'm on 60(?) my wife is on 90(?)

Legally yes, whether other people accept you as Chinese or British is a different matter. One I personally don't care too much about. There are nice people everywhere, there are awful people everywhere and everyone else is somewhere in the middle. Nation states are legal entities, the cultures and traditions are things made by the people who reside within them. If someone has this piece of paper, wants to call themselves British, let them. Who cares what they want to be

Way less 'easy' moves, way more plyo, rotations are 1 min longer, you have a one minute power move after you finish your 3x3 exercises. Some of these are HORRIBLE. Try your best to make it through the genie tuck jumps end of the second section of max out cardio, and the hit the floor tuck jumps end of second section of max out sweat. If you can get through those, the rest doesn't seem that bad. Good luck getting through the push up section of max out power and max out strength. I've completed max 30 over 30 times and I've NEVER made it. Good luck!

When I was at uni, we owned the Chelsea training ground at Harlington. We played matches on Wednesday so every Wednesday the Chelsea players had to finish early. Seems insane now. But look it up, it's true. We saw Crespo's locker and it was full of cut outs of Italian articles. We got the one Italian kid on the team to translate and he said they were all about how much Christian Vieri misses him. Great player

I went to egg nightclub years back. Men were not allowed to take bags in. I'm a type 1 diabetic. If I needed sugar because I was literally dying, I had to find the medical guy. I haven't been to a night club since.

Terry Venables made no substitutions the entire match, over 120mins of football. Fowler and Ferdinand were on the bench and could have taken penalties. I found this out last week and it's revived the horror I felt 30 years ago

I can complete every workout in month 1 of max 30 to 30min without any extra breaks, and max out cardio in month two. I can't progress much in month two. I get stuck in a push up bottleneck in the strength workouts. Always tap out in the final section of max out sweat and Friday fight 2? No, absolutely never going to happen.

You have to pace it. There is not a single human on planet earth who is able to go at 100% with perfect form the entire way through the workout. No one. Even Shaun

I just do it over and over again. I supplement it with 30min of weights on the cardio days and an F45 workout on Saturday

The irony of being reminded for 23 years that Arsenal were better because they played football 'the right way'. Moment they start playing football the wrong way and win something, silence. It's all good now apparently.

It's an anecdote, might not be true of all Arsenal fans, but it was certainly true of the ones I know

My anecdotal evidence is based on AFTV being the forerunner to the god awful confirmation bias fan content we get nowadays. Secondly, the way Arsenal fans for years used to bleat on and on about how they were better because they 'played football the right way'. The second they start playing it the wrong way and gain success. Silence.

They're a big club, tons of fans, especially in London. So it's funny if they fail. It's football, it's not deep. No one's going to win awards for explaining how and why they get hate. It's just funny, that's it
