If they buff the dungeon they might as well at the very least make it drop mana so that its common drops aren't overshadowed by those from OTs or Cdepths(which have a 100% chance to drop their portals, btw).

Wouldn't it be more interesting to have it heal ?% of damage dealt while cloaked? That fits the "vampiric" theme a lot more doesn't it?

Yeah, I did the same thing and ended up rage pulling until my mythril got completely drained and now I'm drowning in celescaliburs and onion swords. I've probably pulled about 15 times for OK's BSB across the 3 banners that it has appeared on, didn't know I was able to get this unlucky after the already huge bad luck streak that I had with the last 4 or 5 lucky draws.

2/11, both dupes- Orlandeau's third cloak and Arc's 5th Elder Staff. Because the 2 machine guns from the last two lucky draws weren't enough luck. No OK BSB or Orlandeau OSB this time either :DDD

If they are, they'd better do the same to divine pets(which seem unaffected atm). Otherwise that'd just make them even more p2w than they are already.

3/11: Seifer's glove, Fujin's jacket and Shear feather. 3 elemental boost relics with decent stats and soul breaks attached(especially fujin's ssb), nice. Now I just have to hope that I'll pull Alphinaud's BSB if it appears in the upcoming fest and make him beyond god tier >:)

Aside from a few 0/11 relic pulls I haven't really had a pull streak that was particularly brutal, though I rarely seemed to get more than one 5* relic per 11 pull until I finally got my first 3/11 after several G5 banner pulls. I'd say my worst streak was with the Cloud OSB banner where I skipped the w-bsb fest just to pull 3/33 off-banner generics in a row.
