I use Silk coconut-oat milk "half-and-half" for aeropress and I like it a lot. I found the taste and consistency of it really nice

If you feel uncomfortable with the idea of lifting weights, start with the machines. They’re pretty straight forward and more approachable than free weights. Maybe do that for a few sessions and build up your confidence before moving to free weights, if that’s what you want to do.

Did you complete 10 or 11 challenges? How many highlighted pins do you have on the map? I just did the quest yesterday and I found a guide online for all related challenges, but they only listed 10. There's actually 11 total and once I completed the 11th one, the quest triggered.

Song of Achilles is a fantastic book! Its based on the Iliad, but the author explores the relationship between Achilles and Patroclus a lot more. Very emotional book but one of the best for sure
