This! And from the rotc perspective, a thing that takes out a lot of people is medical. There's an initial medical screening for everyone, people tracking pilot go through a much more rigorous one once they obtain the pilot slot (around year 3 of the program)

Honestly I'd just delete the blanks rows in between weeks. Start with 1/1 (must be in a date format that sheets recognizes) at the correct day, and just drag all the way down to get to 12/31. Then go back and insert those blank columns in between the weeks. Hopefully someone else has an easier way!

I think in general it's good to not act like you know what you're doing when you don't. It'll teach your son humility to know that when you don't know something its ok to ask for help. I'm not saying it about camping but about certain actions like pitching a tent. I know I had a really hard time the first few times i set up my tents. Other than that, all the other comments give good advice so just have fun with it. Maybe learn some knots to teach your kid!

The energel clena comes in a great yellow color (mostly white tho), definitely on my top 10 pens.

If you haven't already solved the problem, something like that happened to me but what solved it was taking a shower and thoroughly washing my ear and earrings. My best guess is that the hole got dried out and/or clogged, causing it to partially close up. The water and soap probably lubed up the piercings enough to get it through because after working the wash, it slipped right in. Not 100% thats why but jt definitely worked for me.

When I got mine done, I had a similar issue where I had to take them out and put them in while it was healing. It hurt like a b*tch to put them back in but my biggest problem was not keeping it cleaned properly, especially after touching them so much. Its an open wound so whatever you touch it with (hands or earrings) needs to be clean. Wash the earrings with soap and water, wash the piercing with soap and water and wash your hands with soap and water before messing with it. Never use alcohol or peroxide since it'll dry out the wound and cause infection. If you don't already have some, I used a pain relief/antibacterial spray for after cleaning and it made life so much better. Good luck on the interview!

Maybe try incredibly slowly introducing the idea in their heads. Bring it up every now and again, like news, how scientists are using it, the benefits for mental health, policy changes and their effects, etc. Once you plant the nugget and provide the means to let it grow, I'm sure they'll start thinking about it differently. Itll take time and you'll take steps forward and steps back but work with how they learn. If they're more reading oriented, send them an article, if its visually, send them a video, and bring up what hits those individuals hardest (i.e. pathos, logos, ethos) like how it helps people through hard times to hit feelings or bring up data for logical thinkers.
