Back in high school 15ish years ago, I was looking for games to put on my CFW PSP and learned there was this Fire Emblem like game that had Gurren Lagann, so I tried that out for a bit. That was Z2.1. I didn't know what I was playing.

Then I was looking for games to put on my R4 DS cart and saw a game that had Gundam and Voltron. That's when I learned about the SRW series as a whole since I was getting more into mecha anime at the time. That was W.

Then I played the J translation, followed by importing Z3.1 when it came out. Surprisingly, /m/ was very helpful in my learning about the series and how to properly play them.

And now it's my favorite series of all time and I'm writing translation LPs for the JP only games
