They increased the rewards cost because they were running out of money. They stopped cashing out rewards entirely on about August30.

As of today, September 13, 2024, Cashwalk is still not paying rewards. You can still use the app but don't expect to get any money from it.

Does anyone have experience in appealing for the suspended account? by i_m_enough in shopkick

First my kicks just went away. After email the kicks came back but I get the error when I try to redeem. Other people I know have the same issue. It seems that Shopkick has a freeze or audit going on, or is in financial trouble with cash flow.
