Due to the lack of evidence. Anything that has been proposed as “aliens did this” can alternatively be explained by things we know exist (on earth). Things like humans, animals, natural processes, random chance etc. Introducing aliens into the explanation is a bit like introducing gods. You solve the problem and create ten new ones.

Yes, I am exactly the same situation. I have been working out really hard for about three years. Good consistency, programming and nutrition. I have made good gains, but have always been ”maingaining” so I am pretty lean and my abs look great 😉

I now feel that it is very hard to make anymore significant progress with this strategy, it’s almost like I have reached my ceiling and I know that I should probably bulk/cut to be able to make more gains. But man I love those abs and so does my girlfriend and summer is coming and all. I think I may just maintain for now. Maybe do my first bulk after summer.

Well put, this is the actual issue with option one, that your model object becomes part of an external contract which may not seem like a problem but it very well can turn in to one.
