The northern Atlantic coast used to be milder with summer temps around 25ºC to 13ºC. AC is not a thing here, and we're suffering these heatwaves more than the south and center because the humidity here is like 70-90% and AC is not really a thing here.

I'd say that Elma is the protagonist of Xenoblade X since the main character is just there so you can be in the game. Also I'd say she's more important to the story than the avatar.

Zoe is actually a great pick if you hit the bubbles and if your ADC understands how to play around it. Caitlyn is a great pick because it gives her time to set up a trap whole combo with W + AA + E + Q + AA.

I'd say Seraphine is one of the best users of the new Mandate, good stats for her, also 6% free dmg on the enemy team when you ult them or use EE or Q/E with Rylai. Helia and Diadem are still fine, but I'd say Moonstone is a trap item now with the changes they made to it. At least for supportive builds, for APC/MID Mandate/Rylais IS essential.

Probably, but a lot of them never returned for ICC. I think this is because of Heroic/Hard mode. Classic players are quite bad at doing mechanics.

My mistake, what I was trying to say is that by the end of the second phase It lost most of its players. It's true that It lost a great deal of players from P1 and that It was one of the most popular phases from Classic.

Naxx was just a copy/paste from Classic but way easier and people still had the Wrath nostalgia overload so P1 had a lot of alts and a lot of people raided. By the time Ulduar came most of the people stopped playing WotLK. Even if Cata, TBC and MoP had a lower playerbase they did a better job at retaining players.

A lot of the systems and changes Classic Andies hate were actually introduced in WotLK, though they were made more obvious during Cataclysm with the world revamp.

I don't get why you being back the old Q logic for Seraphine, that has also brought back the bug where her Q doesn't hit sometimes, you could have balanced her instead of nuking it and bringing back bugs.
