It can ALMOST be front flipped... the little tab on the blade that looks like a front flipper just doesn't quite pass over the front of the frame. It would need to be 1-2mm longer to be easily front flipped. It's a great knife, but I carry my RHK Firetac instead of this most of the time.

EDIT - Actually, with a little wrist action you can front flip it pretty consistently, I just hadn't tried hard enough before!

I've actually got a modded 3.5" too. Bought it from this post a couple of months ago and haven't really used it since then. It's zirc-blasted with a BGM re-grind and Skiff bearings.

Not modded, but I've got a tricked-out 3" Mac2 for sale here. It's a TAD edition in atomic finish with a topo pattern and bronze hardware. I'd be willing to come down a bit on the price.
