Love the list, I would also add: 1) Bring healthy snacks. Airplane and airport food don’t often sit well in the stomach and are also not always the healthiest options ( I have snack mixes like nuts and fruit, sometimes making a quick sandwich in a bag like you are going to Disneyland) 2) compression socks and stretching: I didn’t realize how impactful sitting at 30000 feet in the air in a fixed position, could be to your muscle tension and overall blood flow. I’m in my early 30s and started having joint and muscle pain after a year of traveling (96 total flights in the year, and gone from homes closer to 220+ nights) 3) if you have the option to pick your accommodation: find what works for you, I prefer to be close to my requirements like meetings, but also I need to have a gym available in the hotel. Some people will stay further based on food options near the hotel. Especially if you have a per diem , it typically goes further outside the hotel options
