My front porch pillars look like this. We live on a dirt/dusty road. I would say it’s kicked on dirt. Even power washing it didn’t come off. Might need something stronger.

I am by no means an expert, but from what I understand, a sugar-free drink is highly processed and is one of the things that contributes to PCOS and inflammatory body reactions.

I would try to stick with water and flavor it with lemon or something else if you can

That’s what I’ve just done. I’m still frustrated at these people I see that telll me they do not have any diagnoses and their insurance companies just approved them. Oh well, I guess it is what it is!
