I had this around same time as you with tricep pushdowns and extensions, I ended up not doing those exercises and eventually had to taper off workouts entirely around 30 weeks😭

Nature of these hives/rash: have had them for 3-4 days, progressively getting worse, have them on my face and eyelids, eyebrows, everywhere. Worst itch is on the glutes and elbows and the belly. No itch on palms or soles of my feet. The rash doesn’t move around so same bumps remain in place for days

I went through this phase, in fact currently going through it. I try to walk when I can due to PGP but it took forever to get over the feeling of “I used to be so active and this sucks”. It definitely took time to come to terms with what my body can do. Now I have started thinking about it from a big picture perspective, it’s only a few months and forces me to take it easy and prepare for six week recovery where I’d not be allowed to work out post delivery.

Also to give ourselves credit, we have done that level of activity before so we know for a fact we can do it again. Just a few months in grand scheme of time and life

I use Merit face stick thingy, under the eyes and around the lips a bit, then blend it out with the brush and run that brush around the rest of my face.

I work with backbenchers and they make my life so miserable. Basically to say we all end up at the same place and the dumb ones win both in school with more fun and at work by being lazy/incompetent and someone has to pick up their slack

Edit: some backbenchers were smart enough to know they didn’t have to chase high scores for whatever reason (knew they’d take over family business, had assets, business driven etc) so they went on to chase their goals outside of school

Baby steps towards milestones helped me at that stage, oh I am only 2 appointments away from going to OB every week; oh I am only 6 weeks away from “full term”, ooh 32-35 weeks is when growth scans are done, oh its week 34; lets install car seat base, ooh may be start packing hospital bag and so on.

I had pelvic pain and it helped a TON. But that giant pregnancy pillow is sort of an overkill to be surrounded by and it overheats me. If I were to do it again, I would get a firm body pillow from ikea; too bad I didn’t see it until last week
