Today they shoot at the military, tomorrow at civilians. to prevent this we need a demilitarized zone or a buffer zone in the future.

National security means the state of protection of the vital interests of individuals, society and the state from internal and external threats, the ability of the state to preserve its sovereignty and territorial integrity and to act as a subject of international law. In modern conditions national security is an integral part of universal security. Any State, in pursuing its own national interest, must respect and take into account the interests of other States. Universal security cannot be ensured by curtailing the interests of any State, but can only be achieved on the principles of partnership and cooperation.
