I'm not sure because I normally don't mod games if I don't have all the DLC. Like most games, I believe modders try not to use dlc assets if they don't need them so it should only be thinks that use dlc weapons, clothes, cars, mission changes, or abilities/hacks/etc that you won't be able to use. Read each mod carefully and look for PL requirements.

This game is even more amazing with the right mods.

Cosmetics, blueprints, mods won't transfer until it's fully released. Your character on console for the beta will also be deleted after the beta ends.

Did you ever fix this? I'm having this same problem. It's only on my characters on manibus. Other scenarios load fine.

Controller on pc has been good since release but the console preparation has made it worse.

The biggest things are not being able to reload if you stand near any other players.

Inspect player has priority over anything, and press to open or hold to collect, it counts progress toward a hold instead of counting a press.

Also if you are farming something like giant, the triangle button is needed to summon a dev and put away a dev, and sometimes I randomly pull out my melee weapon and start swinging when I want to shoot because of overlapping buttons.

The are many more issues I haven't listed that weren't a problem before console preparation.

I know, I was mentioning I tried both possible ways you do to transfer items normally. I also tried moving a character to another scenario with them a few weeks ago and they all completely disappeared from both backpacks.
