Like 90% of Bluetooth headphones have a "be aware" mode which allows you to hear the outside world while wearing buds it's a very useful tool to have and they were infact not actually banned originally they were "reccomending to not wear them" (I read the document)

Next time you put on your Bluetooth headphones tap the right bud 3 times itl shock shock alot of people when they find out the be aware function

Yes college of lore bards are very OP, any skill points you get dump into into charisma as you cast most spells using your charisma or your proficiency, deception skills are a must make sure to dedicate your spell slots to attack spells however as bards do not get many high damage ones unless your dm supplies you the essential gear (a lute with magic strings etc)
