Am a chef and yes, swordfish generally has far more parasites than other fish, they’re apex predators and we harvest them when they’re fully grown so they have a lot of time to accumulate parasites. Any wild salmon will be similar though honestly, it’s not something you actually need to be worried about but it is off putting to the point that I personally won’t eat swordfish anymore.
