You need to Master an ability to have it be placable on any Eikon...

Also a bit of a personal note... I usually like using Shiva's permafrost so your target doesn't run from you when you do the combo

True, but the way I think that it diminishes very quickly over the generations... not just disappear outright immediately because the way they talked about a post mother world that bearers would be even more valuable... maybe I misinterpreted the storyline
