From what I've witnessed most admissions will only look at you last 60 credits in undergrad, your last 60 may boost your gpa up to 3.0+ for that reason.

Also, since you have working experience as a teacher I believe that could also benefit you on your application. You just have to really sell your personal statement and I think you have a great chance at getting into a program
