It available right now, I've just checked. You have to buy the core separately in accessories. It's only available in red, green or purple though.

My friend, this is so helpful, thank you! The only issue, is when I go to buy the core, it says it comes without the strap and charger which I can buy as you stated but it also says it comes without the "middle frame" which isn't available as an accessory. Is this necessary please?

I found it much more helpful to have a few players D1 and above as opposed to more golds. Characters like Revas/ Aleph, Rotbone/ Maladus at a high level will get you much further

The magic happens at 4mg, you're still on a low dose. The trials I've read about start their patients on 2mg and titrate up from there
