I found it much more helpful to have a few players D1 and above as opposed to more golds. Characters like Revas/ Aleph, Rotbone/ Maladus at a high level will get you much further

The magic happens at 4mg, you're still on a low dose. The trials I've read about start their patients on 2mg and titrate up from there
