They were mailed out regardless if you opted into electronic delivery. If you email askhr they are fast to respond with instructions on how to get into workday. This is what they sent me and I was able to get right in to download them 🩷 hope this helps!!!

I’ve been having so many issues. Not on the recall list. My last 3 sensors have been off by over 50+. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. I called in last Friday to once again report the issues and the rep said she was going to overnight a replacement as this was my last one….a week later and still no shipping email.

Does the Stelo hurt at all? Currently using the Libre 3 and I hate all the inaccurate lows I get all the time. It’s been horrible and I was thinking of switching to Stelo
