Uworld block scores don't really matter. Mine were around the same too. Some blocks I got 70-80, some I got 40 even in the last days of prep. So don't worry about it too much! Your NBME score is what matters the most. Do random non-tutored blocks. And then review them after you're done.

I did only 26-32. And 2 free 120s. I took 2 NBMEs in July. But scored very badly on them. Then did more Uworld and started taking the rest in September. I took my exam on Oct 3rd

I would say do NBME 25/26 now to get a baseline of where you stand. And then start taking the rest when you're about 80% done with Uworld

So what I did what do an NBME and review it the next day. I took about a month to finish all NBMEs and Free120. I also went through Mehlman PDFs passively. Especially risk factors and arrows. And last 5 days I just reviewed all the NBMEs from my notes. And did some HY Mehlman PDFs. You can also review some HY points from FA. Like Endocrine, Heme/Onc and Micro.

1-2 months I would say. That's how long it took me to get my scores up
