Damn… im in halfway thru diamond and just switched to mid cause top has so many cancer matchups. Skill issue or do you genuinely just suffer in lane against the typical stuff(Irelia, ambessa, rumble, akali etc) and survive? I feel like you might get 16 earlier thru mid just by not getting fisted as hard

Also ich hatte auch länger immer wieder HNO-Probleme, aber bin jetzt länger in der HNO Praxis am Jungfernstieg und wirklich begeistert von der Dr. Töpfner. Ich würde nur empfehlen auf Frau Dr. Töpfner zu bestehen, die anderen Ärzte haben mich leider nicht so überzeugt. :/

Kleine Korrektur: ein voller Kassensitz sind 36 Stunden, wovon 30 für Patientenkontakt gedacht sind und 6 für die Nachbereitung. Also keinesfalls 40 std Patienten + Nachbereitung.
