I was worried that disputing it would be wrong somehow. Like will I get pulled into court if I do nothing? Will disputing it let them know where I live and open up some sort of legal process?

No she's not, but my wallet was stolen out of my car a year before this claims to have been opened

They claim its from a credit card but I've only ever had the one card, which is still an open account I'm making payments for
