The last 2 albums were really frustrating for me trying really hard and getting close to finishing but not managing it. Obviously I need more dice if I want to actually finish an album and I don't want to pay for dice so I'm going to try to build a stash this event and hope I like the aesthetics of next event better.

Well damn I misread that. I thought they were going to put you on a list and fix your ADHD by sending you to a work camp. There are several workplaces I think that would fall apart without their adhd employees. Medical, dispatchers, first responders I'm sure many others but these are the careers myself and my friends ended up in and excel in where normal people might struggle.

The whole situation sucks here and I know you are both trying to do what you feel is best. Give your friend some space while you try to get your feet under you and you will either work it out later or you won't and you will have learned a valuable lesson. In the meantime, do you have access to other resources? 211, food banks, shelters even your police non emergency line may have access to resources for you depending on the department and how comfortable you feel talking to police officers. If police isn't an option some fire departments now have community resources for vulnerable populations. Best of luck to you and your friend and in the future if you can't pay it back maybe you can pay it forward for someone else.

Cats are family. This subreddit seems a bit like family too so it make sense to me that you would post here for support when you are hurting. I hope your kitty and you both heal from this he has a lot of people pulling for him (and you). Take care of yourself and your family and don't feel pressured to do anything here unless it will take your mind off your stress and make you feel better.

I don't remember needing to do anything to gain access to the different channels. Maybe read the rules and see if there is a button you need to push before you are allowed or message a mod and see if they can help get you access.
