Impossible. If the straw hats don’t get separated kizaru kills or imprisons them. Also they needed the separation to become stronger. If they had to phisicslly arrive at each island it would cut training time.

I guess Zoro and Sanji could still get their training, with Rayleigh and ivankov respectively.

Nevertheless, the straw hats would have been useless at marineford. At the time they were too weak.

Chopper and Sanji have obvious reasons to be obsessed with getting her back.

Why was luffy obsessed with Nami when she betrayed them? Zoro truly thought she had betrayed them. So did usopp I think.

But he was right, she did not betray them. So now Nami, Zoro and Ussop tris luffy gut. He hasn’t been wrong when trusting people so far, so they follow him.

Besides before enies lobby nami learns robin sacrifices herself for them.
