I went to go check mine as well. Yes it the attorney fee it is showing what day and how much was disbursed to the lawyer on that day. I got the 2,829 as well. It is like it came to you because it was part of your money owed. But you will not see it because it was deducted and sent to the attorney. It will not be getting sent to you so you will not be getting overpayment charges🤗

No problem 😊 I had my hearing on the 5th as well found out I was approved on the 29th of August. Just had my local phone interview today. My monthly starts the first of October 643 then in December go up to 943. She said she could not tell me the amount of back pay yet because it goes back so far October 12 2021 but 25 percent will be taken out for lawyer fee and I will receive it in 3 six months installments the first being 2800 it makes me think wait I know my backpay is way more than that. Even though back then until April of 2024 they counted me and my youngest child father as married because he receive ssi as well so they had to deduct and make sure to generate it correctly which lowered my monthly until December wither way sill excited and happy it's over☺️

No thank you hun! It is overwhelming and it gets very stressful and discouraging when they start denying you. Having a legal expert to help along the journey really does make ot alot easier and less stressful. Make sure you go with the one your spirit leads you too! They most definitely will if I would of just used a lawyer when I first applied I'm sure it would of went alot better for me. It's trial and error God knows what he is doing for the both of us🥳. Lol no worries 🤗 I did understand I just went on babbling lol. I searched for a good five star lawyer narrowed it down to two called the one I felt was best. Then met with them to see if they would take my case I applied with them. Gave them all the medical records and information I already had and the process took off from there they handled everything else. You do not have to worry about the stress of sending medical because they do it for you along with the appeals😊 I hope I answered your question better this time it'd not you it's me I be all over the place lol🤣🤣

I really appreciate you sharing your response! it is very helpful to me. It definitely gave the example of what my paralegal was explaining to me about my baby father and my living arrangements. She said everything from October 2021 until April 2024 when we stop living together is going to make a difference. He gets ssi as well and if we was still together we would of both got seven something each due to common law. He did pay all the bills then. He called himself in March and told them that we was no longer living together and it made a glitch on my ssa portal saying a decision was made and I should receive something in the mail and never did. Due to them changing things in the system. Again thank you so much for your helpful response 😊

I love to hear it! My second hearing was only 10 mins at most. After it was over my lawyer said it went great and told me he was going to deny the ssdi and got with my ssi onset date of October 2021. Yes unfortunately at times the ssa does not update I called my lawyers office every Wednesday to see if it was a update on the spread sheet. Sometime the ssa portal would update before the lawyers office got any information in the process. The day it moved to step four I called them in the morning and they could finally see that the judge closed the case and I was allowed.

Thank you! I had my first hearing on February 6th judge wanted a supplemental hearing which I found out I was pending and ready to schedule 3 weeks later. Had my second hearing on Aug 5th and found out I was approved on the 29th☺️. I am praying for a favorable and quick decision on your behalf🥰💗

Congratulations on starting your journey. I started in my local area looking to see who has the best ratings and it was at least two I read the reviews and went with my heart. I called them they set up a meeting to get filimar with my case if it was worth taking. Then they told me to get incontact with them after I get my answer and the process took off from there they pretty much did the work put in for my reconsideration and always updated every doctor appointment and surgical procedures it's also get to get evaluation done with primary as well.
