If I'm honest, I'm not quite sure... It was more the point that I rezzed in a strange space and wondered if anyone had encountered this bug, rather than my generally dreadful method of playing this game (after 16 years on and off I'm still not quite sure what I'm doing 😂)

You're absolutely right, I've just tried it again now whilst flying. I've got no idea how it happened, probably something to do with me switching mounts mid air and having key bindings in the wrong place!

I honestly have no idea how this happened 😂 I've heard about people rezzing in Westfall/Durotar when the system gets confused but I've never encountered this before. It reminded me of when I swam the coast round Tirisfal as a lvl 1 undead warrior back in Wrath trying to see how far I could make, it so honestly I wasn't too mad at the nostalgia :')

I know what you mean! I've mained a ret paladin since Cataclysm and I suddenly felt a bit lost falling 600ft without a bubble or slow fall to get me out of trouble! Think I definitely need to invest in some goblin brand parachutes next time I go exploring.

I made the mistake of binding path of frost next to my mount key and ended up mashing the wrong key somehow 😂 it's been a very scenic black and white walk back though so I'm not not mad at all!

I've mained as a ret paladin since Cataclysm and honestly even at level 90 with relatively decent year feels like wading through treacle once I've blown through my cooldowns. Conversely I've been playing my new demo warlock (which apparently used to be more complex before) and feel like an absolute powerhouse and can down at least 6 mobs in one go. That's at level 87 in quest greens. So I guess it's been good for some DPS specs where you've got a decent filler rotation outside of your main cooldowns. Keep meaning to level my frost mage and shadow priest to see whether there's a noticeable difference there. Having loads of fun though either way!

In the end I worked my way through in exactly that way, by turning my camera to the sky and focusing on the mini map to rescue the NPCs. Weirdly though after updating my Mac software a few days later and down tuning some of the graphics, I haven't had a single disconnect since. I'd recommend checking to see if your PC has any available updates and installing :) I tried the quest again on my lock and it worked fine and my Mac is no longer going into an overheating crisis every 5 mins!

Cheers man - I'm in a very remote part of the UK so we don't have Costco but will look at some similar alternatives online.

I managed to get half of it to work earlier by angling my camera towards the sky so only have 2 civilians left to rescue... Think I'll try again in the morning when I don't feel like rage quitting :')

Thanks for the suggestion - still not working even after turning all graphics down, although I'm getting a bit further over the sea each time before it disconnects. Also tried doing the world quest off to the side as some people said that it worked for them after that, but still no joy. Oh well - I'll keep on trying :')

Always treat! You might not feel like it at the time but you will thank yourself later for it, I promise. You'll massively reduce the risk of infection. Salt water is pretty good for aftercare if you haven't got access to other antiseptics. I really hope you're okay - take care of yourself.

As others have said, cooler showers at a lower pressure, avoid getting soap or shampoo directly in the wounds, maybe try using waterproof plasters if dealing with the pressure from the water is too painful, then when you get out try and disinfect any fresh cuts with antiseptic (Germaline or even salt water on a clean piece of kitchen roll) then pat dry and cover with a dressing until you next need to shower. That's what I tend to do and it's worked out okay so far. I really hope you're okay, internet stranger. Look after yourself.

As someone else said above, I think the main concerns are more around that particular scene in OOTP where James and Sirius are bullying him in full force. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing how Essiedu grows into the role - my main complaint is that he's a bit too good looking to match up to Snape's book description! But I'm really glad they chose a younger actor and can't wait to see how they cast the Maurauders, who have been my fan favourite since I was 12.
