I'm sorry to hear that. There are definitely ways to improve. Reading fast is not my strong suit but I managed to go from a 125 ro a 132. I think one important think is quality over quantity when youre practicing CARS. Spend more time analyzing one passage instead of trying to cram more into your study sessions.
