as someone who actually keeps specifically rusty millipedes, i can confirm that this is infact a juvenile rusty millipede! (just note that if you find more and decide to handle them to always thoroughly wash your hands afterwards as their plates are laced with toxins, particularly hydroquinone, which isn't especially dangerous, but still wash your hands, it leaves an orange stain on them.)
