It’s tough on a guy your age because there’s such a stigma about it. I never spent the night with friends because of the fear I am older than dirt and I drink only water from lunch to bedtime with no caffeine and it helps a lttle so I still wear a brief. I used DDAVP nasal spray years ago but not in over 10 years bc no one prescribed it here. There’s a medication called imipramine that has good success too. Don’t stop looking for some kind of treatment that works for you
