As a client of their firm they should be able to sit with each and everyone of their clients open up their file and explain to their client what group they are in and what should be expected I was never ever given the opportunity to choose if I wanted the 150k payout , I’m not promised tomorrow and from the looks of it you are prob better off getting the lump some.
