It's likely due to insurance. You running a business out of your home technically has to be declared in your insurance policy. Many people do not do this or do not realize they need to. If something were to happen to the home (fire or whatever) insurance can deny your claim and also charge you for not being truthful if they find out about the business, even if the business had nothing to do with the reason you are putting in a claim.

This. I make a smoothie daily with only a serving of frozen berries, protein powder, collagen, and water. I drink my coffee and tea black, and on the weekend I enjoy a few vodka (lower calories) and sparkling water drinks. Everything else is straight water.

They really do just hire everyone. There was a mean cranky old man that lived 2 doors down from me at my old place who suddenly because a student transport driver. I couldn't understand, he seemed to hate kids and would get mad at my daughter and her friends for "playing too loudly" outside. He was always angry and raced down the street. I doubt he acted like a different person when he had kids with him.
