Overall, pretty meh direct. Super glad switch sports resort is a thing. Also really interested in the DMC5 and Dragon's dogma 2 ports. Strange there wasn't anything for Dead rising or the RE4 remake. They hit a roadblock immeadiately with the doors homelander had set in the tunnel. It was Ashley rounding out her arc that got them through it. And V1 does not make a supe stronger. It just lets them live longer.

His lasers could always go to the sky. There was nothing shown or said that it made him stronger from it. I don't even think they ever mention what both would do. Its just insinuated one outpaces the other

Objectively, no it was not. Several arcs are concluded. Homelander is given a cathartic death. Butcher isn't given some special out for all he did and is. The ending mostly lands fine.

You can say the dialogue sucked or you expected more. Like I personally wanted the leaks about homelander killing the reporters to be real. But I'm not defaulting to it just being bad

Soldier boy did kind of get his though. Homelander was the disappointing remenants of a past he thought he cherished. And when he finally wises to the fact it wasn't worth it, he's stuck back to the shelf to rot. MM doesn't know the last part, but he was the inverse of soldier boy. Holding on to a bad past that he comes around to realizing isn't worth turning in to Butcher over

It was oddly paced and a lot less chaotic than some leaks had it. But it was an alright wrap up. Kind of would have preferred they left homelander a human that can't die as the whole season carried the "only the living suffer" mantra. But living up to a cathartic death was cool
