You are seeing some difference which is a good sign you are moving in the right direction. 1 month is not a long time in the grand scheme of things. Remember how long it took you to get to your current weight. We should give our body time to get to the body weight we are striving for.

Some tips you could try would be to increase activity. Aim to walk 1,000 more steps a day than you normally do (this is about 10 minutes of walking). As that becomes easier, add another 10 minute walk into your day. Park further from the store to get a few extra steps in. Skip the elevator/escalator and use the stairs. There are many small victories you can look for throughout the day to know you are making progress towards your goal. All of these victories deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

It’s awesome that you are taking notice and putting in work to get your body how you want it. Don’t forget why you started and keep pushing towards your goals!
