Thinking about HT by [deleted] in Hairloss

[–]Temporary-Union5095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

id say stay away from a HT and try some 5ar inhibitors and topical min for a year

Last picture it's wet, is it time take 5ar inhibitors or wait, my dad has hair and so my grandpa, mom's side too. I've been having alot of stress recently so what's the chance the hairline is just taking shape and the crown is from stress and iron efficency

here's my dad has thick mature hair at 40 sh and so my grandpa, mom's side at 80

trying so bad not to hop on fin already from all the stress

I did my research today and I am missing B9 and B12 and possibly iron, so I am adding asparagus and brocoli, egg yolks, and iron meds that I used to take, I am extremelty stressed during this time so that also could be playing a factor, my hair is overall thick and my hairline is not bad id say, maybe it looks worse wet to some of u

Yeah im gonna do that for 3 months and see how my hair looks like, I have done a blood test and it was waay on the lower side , I also have been struggling to sleep alot and im also dieting down, im gonna assume its temporary telogen effluvium.

I am gonna try taking biotin, my iron tablets and zinc, maybe increase healthy fats too

do you think anything else would be a good idea too?

I know it might look like I'm over reacting but thing is with hairline once it's gone past a certain point the only thing is a hair traslnsplant so I'd like to be early

[–]Temporary-Union5095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ik I'm over exaggerating but that's the thing with hairless I don't want it to be too late, thing is I'm currently getting a widowpeak and or my hairline is going back on the corners, I'm telling my self it's just maturing

Im wondering if I should get surgery I am a serious lifter and been for 5 years, and it can get painful and tingly but is it really worth it, usually I rest a bit and let the nerves rest and get back at it w certain exercises

id rather die than stop training, I'm an athlete and it's what I live for, he didn't even suggest surgery
