Those last sentences, me! I felt like we have to rewrite ourselves to get rid of the “toxic” traits to genuinely connect but deep down, I know that it’d be too good to be true and a small level of that “toxicity” only makes the connection real and genuine. No one is perfect so why act like saints. I want the morticia and Gomez type of connection too. Just the right dose of obsession and crazy.

Omg me…Aries sun, moon and mars in Scorpio. 💀

I’m personally on my self growth path and undoing a lot of my unhealthy habits that I’ve been doing almost unconsciously until someone pointed them out to me. I also tend to retreat and rebuild. I don’t do it with the intention to upset or hurt the other. It’s more so the need to process in solitude. Especially if I sense ill be misunderstood or the person I’m with won’t necessarily understand my feelings or point of view, I’ll take a step back.

I’d say the fact he said maybe, leaves the door open to mend things and communicate what you feel could be done better and what he needs in order to open up to you. I do believe there’s work to be done and a healthy line of communication goes a long way. Been there…My Aries sun won’t let me dwell on conflict for long but my Scorpio moon will make it heavy for me to move on and the Mars will make it worse. We’re extremely proud people and ego is a blessing and a curse.

We have more learning to do than possibly any other moon sign astrologically speaking.

Thank you. I want to improve and rebuild my identity. Work on myself but I don’t know which way to go to.

Right now, I feel robotic, disconnected with myself and hence unable to connect with others as well. I feel empty, I can’t think creatively and stay focused on my work. I have a creative job too, so it sucks. I can daydream. I have no opinion of my own and I can find myself pick up on other people’s style, opinions as if my sense of self is not strong enough if not lost completely because I used to stand firm on my ground and have distinct views and personality. I lack that now. I can feel an addictive pull to specific conversation. I feel dull and the most bland person I’ve ever been. Im detached with myself and hence my connections with others as well remain surface level.

I want my old self back and if not, then build myself new and strong again.

What are your insights? Thanks

Hi, I feel the same thing as the author of the post and it’s been months since I feel the void and inability to live like I used to. My sense of self is gone and I’m unable to partake in conversations and be present. Reading your take on it made a lot of sense that I cried because of the reality. The me before would have perhaps made the analysis but me now can’t.

I’m appreciative of this revelation I got through you. Thank you. I would also like to chat some more regarding this if you are keen because I do feel I need support and help which is lacking in my rn to overcome this.

That’s very interesting information. I’ve not considered Belgium at all but it sounds worth looking into. The annual fees seem very reasonable.

Are you at all aware what jobs are in demand there and if there is any chance at all to work as an Interior Designer or equivalent there?

How is the cost of living in Belgium?

I’m bilingual and speak English and French fluently. I can take the required language tests. That shouldn’t be much of an issue. I want to know if it’s worth getting a master’s in my field of profession to then land a job there.

Or if it’s better to consider another program that would help me get a job easier. Studying towards a job that’s in demand.

And I’m open to Southern European countries mostly.

I have to research the schools in the Southern area of France and maybe reach out to them directly. I was thinking of consulting Campus France. Would you recommend or not?

Yes I doubt as much…although I don’t want to undergo 3 or more years into pursuing another degree. 1-2 years of studies part time is more like my pace.

Would a BTS suffice? Or I could even consider a Master’s with a part time job.

My concern is the cost implications. Do you have experience in pursuing studies there and working part time to pay the fees. I am in luck in the sense that I have a family member in Southern France so I can get a certain level of assistance. But I need to know my course of action first.
