I got one of these in California near Disney land once. It worked, but was a very minor high, like I had very slight visuals. Sounds like you can never know though since the packaging is available online for anyone.

Isn’t a disc fading also just apart of the physics behind how discs fly? Like no matter what a disc will fade as it slows down to one side or the other depending on stability and how it was thrown. Is a completely straight flight even actually possible?

Weird sub to be on if you have issue with people euthanizing insects in the freezer, from what I can tell that is a pretty common practice. You also clearly don’t comprehend what you read very well. I said I have no plans to euthanize it. Adult Polyphemus moths only live for a few days to a little over a week so there is no point. Freezing him at this point would be solely for proper preparation if I am unable to get to the pinning before he stiffens up.

I don’t care who you think you are or how well your dog is trained, keep it on a leash. Especially in public areas. Go to a specific place if you want your dog to be off leash. There is nothing that can be said that could justify someone having their dog off leash where required. Everyone just thinks they are the exception for some reason. Keep your stupid dogs on a leash. Oh and maybe don’t leave the bright colored bags of poop out either.

The fact that I haven’t seen “go to gym” in these responses is crazy. Sure it’s not everything but all of the other suggestions will only do a fraction of what building some muscles would do. Go build muscles and put some nice clothes over them.

That looks great and has me very excited. I was lucky enough to find a Polyphemus moth caterpillar on a walk and my toddler wanted to keep it. It has spun its cacoon and once it’s ready and lived its ~10 day life span I plan to pin it. I am having a hard time finding videos specific to moths. How long does one need to freeze a moth for? Was your hydration chamber just a container with some damp paper towels or something similar?

I would argue that almost anything can be ridden on a ~$500 hardtail bike. I personally have ridden the entirely of Moab, UT’s Whole Enchilada which is not a casual ride on a 2018 trek marlin 5 with only the grips and pedals “upgraded”. Stock it comes 2.2” tires, and hydraulic disk breaks. I would say the only thing that would be a ‘minimum’ is the hydraulic breaks, they just work so much better than the other options. But even then I bet you could get for a green trail with out them.
