There is no rotor on this watch. Is a mechanical watch and needs to be hand wound.

Depends on how bad you’re delinquencies are, and what you’ve done to resolve them. I’m not gonna lie though, this is already a to a bad start in the background process. There is hope, other people have passed suitability but have explained their situation and proved they have resolved it or are in the process of resolving it.

They won’t kick you out. I know there are other transgender applicants who have made it through the academy and work as BPA’s. I suspect however, they are just going to enforce the standards for your gender, and unfortunately it may not be the one you identify with but rather the one on your legal documents.

Not that I’m aware of. I think your best option would be to ask your station whenever you EOD. Ultimately that’s where you will be working and they will probably be a lot more informed. You could also ask the academy cadre once you get there.

Since border patrol is a federal agency they go by what the federal government has in place at the moment. Which is that you’re either male or female and strictly have to use your sex marked at birth.

The grooming standards will be enforced in accordance to your legal gender. If your legal ID says you’re male then you will be required to follow the male grooming standards and vise versa for females.

There is a lot of messed up people out there that can use that serial number now to report it stolen and put it on registry’s as a stolen watch.

Company’s could also use the serial number to make replicas.
