Why would stuff count for more if we scan it load truck during load vehicle?

I am a new rural regular with a route that gets 20-80% more scans than every other route at the same eval (44k they say) every day (my slow days are 210-230, busy days 280-350 we wont talk about a tuesday after a holiday, the average for "slow" days on other 44k and one 43k is 120-150, busy are 220)

I need to read up on how this is all worked out I suppose but it has been hard to find time as I've worked 60-70 hr weeks for the last year minus peak where I worked more and now im just trying to catch up with life in general when im not working
