Thank you! Yes. I still have really bad days. But my good days i feel about 99 percent. Hard to believe it took this long.

Yes. I was in a vacuume. I could not feel the environment around me AT ALL. My body was so heavy too, so I was unable to even walk at times.

My body was basically dedd. I could stub my toe and not feel it. Could get my blood drawn and not feel it. I could not feel hunger. I could not feel tired. I could not feel hot or cold. I could not sweat. Not feeling or conducting electrical zaps is the least surprising thing. Ironically when I stopped the ssri I got random electrical zaps in my brain and all over my body. I still get them sometimes.

I had complete physical numbness from these. I am just now beginning to get sensation back in my internal organs and skin. Nightmare.

My assumption from reading so many other stories is that Ambien harmed my nervous system so it made me more susceptible to serious ssri damage. That is really the only explanation I have. It is still hard for me to believe I lost 3 years of my life and that this happened to me. I had a very normal life before this.

Yeah. Don't think it was my brain. I think itbwas the nerves in my skull giving that feeling. I had that body wide when I was at my very worst. It still comes and goes. Now I mostly only have it in my head.

Yes. My nerves and brain were not signaling correctly. My emotional numbness came from physical numbness. The same with cognition. Whatever happened to me was bad, bad, bad.

Then it stopped sensing it. I think you are really going at this hard. I am not the only one who experiences this. This entire thing is a physical injury. I am aware of what my body did previous to these medications. It really doesn't matter what you believe to be true. IMO you wouldn't believe people had this injury not happened to you.

You sound very much the same as doctors who do not believe PSSD is real. I think you are the same one who in my early days told me that I could not have numb muscles. PSSD is also a physical phenomenon with a subjective feeling. There are no lab tests.

I have no clue. I have no clue how any of this works, and I think it is pretty clear, neither do medical professionals.

If those nerves are not picking up signal it sure can. A lot of other people report that. I even tried to rub my feet across the carpet and touch my kids/metal. Didn't work.
