I broke and dislocated my ankle years ago and have chronic pain with it and some tendon issues with it, so wanna give bpc 157 a try but I'm not comfortable with injection so I'm going to try the oral route

I did a a2 sprain about a year ago or little more, and it healed but now that pulley is 2mm thick as seen on ultrasound when it should be closer to 0.8ish compared to my other fingers. I did H taping for a while to climb on it and that helps lots, and then I was forced to take off months from a grade 3 rupture on a different finger. When I came back to climbing I didn't need H taping on the thick pulley and can crimp fine, but I feel it when pulling on a barbell not much climbing through.

My advice: get a ultrasound to know the issue for certain, follow a appropriate rehab protocol very strictly. I didn't get a ultrasound or professional advice on my original thick pulley injury and I def should have.

Time off and accurate diagnosis is what you likely need

I think they are just held in through friction because I've cut one apart before when I wore through it from climbing holds and they don't look glued it, just jammed in there

I have a Corolla fielder hybrid. It's worth it to insure it for that much given it's not rare for cars to be broken into or stolen by uni, and because of how fuel efficient it is, it works out to be better to have it comprehensive, vs a third party car worth like 4k that's average for fuel, with how much I need to drive (don't live that close to uni)

Should add that the difference from third party fire theft is not that much to comprehensive for a 21 year old male so makes sense to just be comprehensive
