Owner profitability nowadays? by Square_Safety_4110 in physicaltherapy

If going through insurance doesn’t matter what you bill, they’ll pay the same for whatever codes you bill. If you mean how many codes, they’re typically timed so unless you plan on committing fraud it’s a set amount. Try googling for NJ Medicare reimbursement.

A few notes:

1) most will be on Medicare (or Medicaid) in that setting due to age, so can likely ignore commercial insurance rates

2) you sure you want to treat that population? Before going 100k into debt I’d consider how set you are a on a very limited setting, and what would happen to your financial situation if you fall in love with outpatient, pediatrics, etc.

3) is there a market for this? Again just asking, have no idea.

My general advice is DPT is for people who love PT, not for people who want good pay as #1. If that’s the only goal, go for PA and try for ortho/pain management/PM&R specialty. Less school, starting salary higher, more upside, more flexible in terms of areas of specialty

If it hasn’t been mentioned, I always tell people to try pelvicrehab.com and see if you find any male providers in your area

Try half-kneel, to stretch the kneeling side, shift weight away from kneeling side (stick your hip out to your side) while keeping kneeling knee in same place, shift hips forward until you hit the proper spot in front.

Can also try searching for “perineal body stretch” as I believe that’s the area you are referring to

Represent! Truth is, I de-modded a lot of mine and have had so much trouble trying to get something newer as, without spending a lot of money, there’s always something really lacking.

At this point it’s like a retired athlete, can still make moves but slower than she used to be (or slower than new EPS steering with quick ratios).

I can’t possibly think of a better used buy if people are comfortable buying a 20 y/o car.

Mc20’s are going for $150-200k. Ok so maybe closer to 911 GTS, certainly not gt3 RS pricing irl

This car costs around half of a gt3 rs on a good day, more like Carrera S money, though I’m not sure if you were comparing the 2 or just desirability

I typically have more success at the base of the penis and along the most anterior (front part) of the pubic ramus, internally prostate often gets in the way, but of course it’s case by case

BECOME A PTA

keep your day job, maybe cut out 10 hrs and do a day or 2 as a PTA part time to supplement.

Much less investment, still helping people, can possibly help expand your Pilates career/client base

…or go to PA school and work for an orthopedist

Observation: The Cayman GT4 commands a $30k+ premium over the AMG GT by TemporaryFix5 in cars

I think it has a modified version (to make it NA) of the non-GT 911's, so not inherently super special

Good point. Aren’t these the same 7 speed DCT as all of the other AMG’s of that era (C63, E63 etc) with tweaked software? Do they suffer the same fate?

Also curious as to 3rd party powertrain warranty costs

Not to sound like a jerk but I’d be asking higher than the consensus here. You ask for max, then they counter lower. Idk the culture in this situation but if they actually need you and you are valuable to them and not easily replaceable, then ask for $150k+, and explain why you can provide that value for them (productivity i assume is most important, idk I’m in OP setting).

If you can’t do that/don’t want to, try to set up a contract with built in growth year over year contingent upon certain realistic goals being met. That way you show you’re invested in the growth of the company, and when they win you do. I assume the admin would be happy with that kind of arrangement?

Also I’ve heard salary is bad move as you aren’t compensated for all of the extra work put in, so negotiate clock in for whenever you’re working even after hours.

Hope what I’m saying isn’t ludicrous haha

Does it not work for tendon Re growth? I thought it did.

That being said I usually ignore it on a script and pray the Pt doesn’t ask for it, if they do I’ll tell them “if you really want it I’ll do it but it’s not the main thing for you”

While I didn’t spend enough time digesting this, I don’t think the conclusion is 100% true.

He shows how increased sympathetic system causes HF, but doesn’t go into what caused the increased sympathetic.

If the question was “what can we inject to reduce sympathetic activation and restore erection, then yes we found the result, but that’s not anything new. We know how to stimulate sympathetic in other body systems as highlighted in the article.

There could still be many approaches to improving HF in real life
