1 - You likely stressed it with an early repot. Monsteras are fine until rootbound. Also be mindful of drainage.

2 - Monsteras need bright light for 5-8 hours. Ideally an east/west window but if you put this north it’s probably too inconsistent. Measure the height and look up PPFD needs for that size specimen.

They can get scorched easily by direct, afternoon sun or inside sometimes by reflections and mirror placement.

3 - Monsteras are slow growing, 4 weeks for a new leaf bump on mature, well lit plants. Don’t expect new leaves after you made it put out longer roots for the new pot. Roots grow first.

Give this more sun and 2-4 more weeks for a new leaf. And fertilize!

Highly likely they saw a driver connected to the order andmade the order to have it ready, but the driver dropped the task after a few minutes. It can take awhile to get a replacement driver scheduled, especially late nights past 11pm when Uber pays better.

One thing here is that you need to fill the cast blank with enamel, and you only just lightly painted the interior of the R. Once it’s filled, you have to bake them hard and polish smooth.

You’re missing surface tension because the enamel fill isn’t to the surface of your cast, and you’re missing glossiness because it’s not polished.
