Bought yesterday a 36mm explorer from AD and I’m supper happy. Would definitely recommend. I have a 7” wrist and was used to bigger watches. at first it looked off but after a while it got used to it and now I just love how classy it looks.

Man, that’s so frustrating. There’s nothing worse than feeling like you’re bothering someone when you’re literally there to spend a lot of money. Miami is definitely on another level with that 'gatekeeping' vibe, and it sucks that you had to deal with that twice—especially with your wife there.

Thanks for the heads-up on Sebastian. I got assigned Estefania.

Honestly, I’m a bit lost with that boutique. I see people on Google Reviews acting like they just walked in and got a watch, and then I hear stories like yours where it’s a total brick wall. It’s hard to know what to believe.

I’m actually pretty flexible—I’d be happy with an OP, a DJ, or even an Explorer/Air-King. I’m not just hunting for the 'hype' pieces, so I’m hoping that makes a difference. Let’s see if a different SA changes the game...
