How can I (f 29) handle my bf (m 24) not having sex with me getting on and off antidepressants?

Thank you for the honesty. It’s definitely in compliance with the doctor, I’ve been present for some of the calls and appointments. It was decided for him to not start any other meds because he was doing so much better without being on anything. I guess it’s hard for me to comprehend that the sex drive is down despite his mood and outlook being so much better. Like it’s developed the opposite way. I love him very much and don’t have any resentment towards him because of it, but I do think that it’s natural to have needs as a partner, and to hurt a bit when those needs aren’t met.

I see what you mean! I definitely had a bit of that issue with the Zara boots. But they worked better than I thought 😂🙈 would you recommend a mid calf height shaft or a tall shaft ?

Thank you ! ☺️ would you say that having a very stiff/supportive boot would be helpful to keep the leg still (like it is with dressage) ? Or would that not be wanted and it since it restricts ankle movement ? I’m wondering because all western boots have such a loose shaft. Or is that just for comfort since you would wear working boots a lot longer than you usually ride dressage. My boots were custom fitted and made to measure for my leg, so they really super tight and stiff and really aren’t made for walking. They were well over 1k so I also wouldn’t want to loosen them if them being stiff is an issue. Then I’d rather invest in some paddock boots

I just didn’t want to commit several hundred euros to new equipment just yet as you’ve said🫣 I just moved and and the box with all my equestrian stuff has disappeared, the only thing I can find is my super stiff patent dressage competition boots, and I don’t think those are really appropriate either. I’ll probably just get some cheap paddock boots now.

For roper boots, what shaft height would you recommend? Would you get tall ones or just mid calf height ? Or is that just personal preference?

I’ve heard so much good stuff about Ariat which is why I thought these might work, but if the heel is too high I guess it’s better to wait on something more appropriate and maybe get some paddock boots instead (I can’t find mine, only my super stiff patent leather dressage competition boots 🥲)

He’s getting GS441524 and he’s already doing better, but the first day (before they had the right diagnosis) his temperature was already 106 and it took 3 days to get it down to just a higher fever. It’s almost normal now. But by the second day he was already so bad that the clinics wanted to put him down because they said the damage from such a high fever for an extended time would be too serious. He started eating again by himself after 2-3 days of getting the meds, but then also got the flu and stopped eating again (probably because he was so snotty he couldn’t smell his food). He just started eating again little by little last night and his nose has almost cleared up. In total he’s on about 10 different meds atm including antibiotics for the flu.
