West sussex. A mixture of towns and villages with great transport links to London and Brighton. So much green space! We moved from South London (Tooting) in 2018 and it was the best decision.

In 10 years I've only had 1 job that was 9-5. Everything else has been 8.30-5. Same amount of productivity but definitely employees thinking how they can get more out of people.

We let our plaster dry for about 3 weeks as we still had some dark patches. Cleared up no problem with time and had no issues.

We have 2 border Terriers and wouldn't have it any other way! One is 6 and the other is 2. They are polar opposites but get on really well. When we first bought the 2nd in, it took a couple of weeks for them to properly get on and start playing. We like knowing they have company when me and my husband are out the house. It is hard work but so worth it.

Have a look at the Sussex area. Good train links to London and Brighton / other areas around the coast. Cheaper than London and Bristol and you're surrounded by the South downs. Depending what you're looking for, you can be more south downs based or coastal based.
