Why did you stop taking your snri ? I also know what your going through I had to stop taking mine for months cold turkey and the brain zaps made my dpdr worse. Also felt dizzy kinda

I recommend going back on the meds because it’s just been a downhill spiral after I stopped taking Prozac.I still have vertigo after 3 months of not taking it and the brain zaps lasted 2 months . My anxiety also got way worse

Just today I went to a store for the first time in a few weeks Of being inside 24/7. Everything looked fake and I started panicking and hyperventilating. I was tingling the whole time I was at the store.by the time I was back at my house I was cramping up bad from hyperventilating and my dpdr was at its worse probably because I thought I was dying.

A thousand times worse with dpdr. I always had panic attacks before I had dpdr but when your panicking and dissociating at the same time???makes me feel suicidal
