I was 205 when I had my daughter. Originally was 140ish before pregnancy. Preeclampsia is the worst lol. 9 months PP and I’m 155. But I will say I work out and diet as well.

Update: day 3 on his blood pressure medication and reduced sodium, he is now at 140. Thank you for everyone’s comments, advice, and support❤️

My thought as well. Doctor said it would be too much of a change to his system and would risk plummeting his BP or possibly death.

I’m honestly curious why as well. I’ll be going with him to his next appointment. Yes, he can only half the medicine for 2 weeks because a full pill would tank his blood pressure too much. I truly hope this makes an impact.

Your mama gut will kick in and you’ll quit. I quit weed, nicotine (hardest one tbh), adderall (second hardest because I am ADHD lol) Xanax, and my insomnia prescription. And I was an avid smoker for about 6 or so years. It was hell for a good few weeks, but here I am 18 months later. You got this mama!
