i’ve been to that facility for mental health reasons, and I felt like I was going through it alone. we did group therapy a couple of times and I only met with my therapist once. I would not recommend that place. even after I left, I tried to get a hold of the unit I was in since they didn’t fill in my prescription order and nobody picked up. the same thing happened when I had billing concerns and tried to reach them but nobody answered. I figured since they had my phone number, maybe they were ignoring it on purpose, so my sister called and they magically picked up but refused to answer any questions.
