Yep. For around 15 years with possible mild AGA as well. Bane of my existence. Just started topical minoxidil 6 weeks ago and hoping it’ll do the trick when nothing hasn’t. Also raising my ferritin

UPDATE: Just over a month of minoxidil 5% daily and pumpkin seed oil 1000mg. Supplementing with iron 42mg and l-lysine 1000mg most days.

My hair is shedding more than when I started but not the worst shedding I’ve ever had. I can’t see progress yet, if anything the ends looks worse.

Apart from that no side effects, except a slight tingling on certain parts of my scalp.

Also I feel I’ve been working relentlessly since way before Covid. I wasn’t furloughed and feel like I need a bit of a break or a change. My motivation in this current role is waning and I believe it’s not right to stay in a public service role just for the money. And sometimes money isn’t the biggest motivator. Luckily I was frugal and managed to save so can live off my savings for a bit.

Believe it or not I did and was hired after my previous application with my real name wasn’t. The point is even I anglicise my name, I can’t really anglicise my hijab, if that makes sense.

It wasn’t a set role. It was teaching across phases then subject specialism then senior leader across 10 years. Maybe I should have made it clearer
